Section 11-2917. ZONING COMMISSION REVIEW – GENERAL

  • 2917.1All proposed buildings, structures, or any proposed exterior renovation to any existing buildings or structures that would result in an alteration of the exterior design, as well as any associated open spaces such as parks or plazas, shall be subject to review and approval by the Zoning Commission in accordance with the following provisions.  No review or approval by the Zoning Commission is required for construction of Foundation Systems within the USN District.

    2917.2Sections 2918 and 2919 describe the following types of Zoning Commission reviews:

    (a) Master Plan;

    (b) Stage 1;

    (c) Stage 2; and

    (d) Consolidated.

    2917.3Any application must be signed by the owner of the subject air rights lot, but need not be signed by the owner of the subjacent lots, even if a portion of the Platform extends into the air space below the level of the air rights lot.
