Section 11-3025. POST-HEARING PROCEDURES: GENERAL

3025.1Prior to filing the final decision, the Commission may on its own motion re-open the record and require further hearing on designated issues before the Commission.
3025.2Notice of a further hearing along with a designation of issues shall be forwarded to any party who participated in the earlier proceedings, or the party's authorized representative. Notice shall be given at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for further hearing.
3025.3A proposed action to amend the text of the Zoning Regulations or the Zoning Map, or to approve a planned unit development or air space development shall be referred to the National Capital Planning Commission for comment and review pursuant to § 492(b)(2) of the District of Columbia Self-Government and Governmental Reorganization Act, approved December 24, 1973 (87 Stat. 774, 810; D.C. Official Code § 6-641.05 (formerly codified at D.C. Code § 5-417 (1994 Repl.))).
3025.4The report of the National Capital Planning Commission shall be in writing. It also may be presented orally by the chairperson or a duly authorized representative.
