Section 11-3107. APPEARANCE IN PARKING LOT APPLICATION CASES

3107.1At the public hearing on an application to establish or continue a parking lot, the owner of the real property, the lessee (if any), and a person who has personal knowledge of and can testify to the day-to-day operation of the parking lot shall appear before the Board. If the owner is not an individual, then the owner may be represented by an authorized agent who can advise the Board of the owner's future plans for the property.
