Section 11-3127. EXCLUSIVE RECORD

3127.1This section applies to all new appeals and applications filed with the Board under this chapter; provided, however, this section only applies to chancery applications to the extent specified in § 3134.

3127.2No decision or order of the Board on an appeal or application shall be made except upon the exclusive record of the proceedings before the Board.
