Section 11-408. GROSS FLOOR AREA (R)

408.1A public recreation and community center shall not exceed a gross floor area of forty thousand square feet (40,000 sq. ft.), unless approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment as a special exception in accordance with the provisions of § 3104.1.
