Section 11-535. SIDE YARDS (SP)

535.1Side yards shall be provided in an SP District as specified in this section.

535.2A one-family detached dwelling shall comply with the side yard requirements of an R-1 District.

535.3A one-family semi-detached dwelling shall comply with the side yard requirements of an R-2 District.

535.4Antennas, antenna towers and monopoles shall comply with the side yard requirements as specified in chapter 27.

535.5For all other structures, no side yard shall be required but, if the yard is provided, it shall be at least two inches (2 in.) wide for each foot of height of building, but not less than eight feet (8 ft.).
