Section 11-729. LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING (C-2)

    729.1Enlargement of an existing laundry or dry cleaning establishment that contains more than twenty-five hundred square feet (2,500 ft.2) of gross floor area shall be permitted in a C-2 District as a special exception if approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment under § 3104, subject to the provisions of this section.

     

    729.2[DELETED]

     

    729.3Any noise or odor shall not adversely affect the neighborhood.

     

    729.4Dangerous or otherwise objectionable traffic conditions shall not be created.

     

    729.5The Board may impose additional requirements as to the location of the building and other structures, the location of equipment, and other requirements as the Board deems necessary to protect adjacent or nearby property.
