Section 11-824. ACCESSORY PARKING SPACES (M)

824.1Accessory parking spaces, except for a motel, wholly within three hundred feet (300 ft.) of the lot or part of the lot on which the principal use is permitted, shall be permitted as a special exception in an M District when those parking spaces are approved by the Board of Zoning Adjustment in accordance with the requirements of §§ 213.3 through 213.5 and § 3104.
