Section 11-843. SIDE YARDS (C-M, M)

843.1No side yard shall be required on a lot in an Industrial District, except where a side lot line of the lot abuts a Residence District.

843.2Where a side lot line abuts a Residence District, a side yard shall be provided along that side lot line with a minimum width of at least three inches per foot (3 in./ft.) of height of building, but not less than eight feet (8 ft.).
