Section 11-G802. DENSITY - FLOOR AREA RATIO (FAR)

802.1 The maximum permitted FAR in the MU-27 zone shall be 2.5 FAR with a maximum density of 1.5 FAR for non-residential use.
802.2 In the MU-27 zone, an existing building on a lot with an area ten thousand square feet (10,000 sq. ft.) or less may have a maximum density of 2.0 FAR for non-residential uses, provided the uses are located in the ground story and the story directly above the ground story.
