Section 11-K607. INCLUSIONARY ZONING (STE)

  • 607.1 All residential development is subject to Inclusionary Zoning and shall be constructed according to the provisions set forth in Subtitle C, Chapter 10 except for Subtitle C § 1002.

    607.2 The density, lot occupancy, and height maximums of Subtitle K §§ 602.1, 603.1, and 604.1 shall serve as the maximum permitted density for buildings and structures within each zone including for the provision of inclusionary units.
