Section 11-X1300. TEXT AMENDMENTS

1300.1The Zoning Commission will evaluate and approve, disapprove, or modify a text amendment petition according to the standards of this section.
1300.2The Zoning Commission shall find that the petition is not inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan and with other adopted public policies and active programs related to the subject text.
