200.1 Title 11 is organized into a series of subtitles consisting of the Zoning Regulations and the Administrative Regulations.
200.2 The Zoning Regulations consist of:
(a) Subtitle B - Definitions, Use Categories, and Rules of Measurement;
(b) Subtitle C - General Rules;
(c) Subtitle D - Residential House (R) Zones;
(d) Subtitle E - Residential Flat (RF) Zones;
(e) Subtitle F - Residential Apartment (RA) Zones;
(f) Subtitle G - Mixed-Use (MU) Zones;
(g) Subtitle H - Neighborhood Mixed-Use (NC) Zones;
(h) Subtitle I - Downtown (D) Zones;
(i) Subtitle J - Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR) Zones;
(j) Subtitle K - Special Purpose Zones;
(k) Subtitle U - Uses; and
(l) Subtitle W - Specific Zone Boundaries.
200.3 The Administrative Regulations consist of:
(a) Subtitle A - Authority and Applicability;
(b) Subtitle X - General Procedures;
(c) Subtitle Y - Board of Zoning Adjustment Rules of Practice and Procedure; and
(d) Subtitle Z - Zoning Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.
200.4 The land use subtitles are Subtitles D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, U, and W of this title.
