Section 11-G704. LOT OCCUPANCY

704.1The maximum permitted lot occupancy for residential use in the MU-23 through MU-26 zones shall be as set forth in the following table: shall be eighty percent (80%) in the MU-23 zone and seventy-five percent (75%) in the MU-24, MU-25, and MU 26 zones.
