Section 11-K235. WATERFRONT SETBACK (SEFC-4)

235.1 A waterfront setback shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Subtitle C, Chapter 11.
235.2 The waterfront setback shall have a depth of one hundred feet (100 ft.) minimum.
