Section 11-U101. SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PROVISIONS

101.1When special exception relief is permitted for a use not meeting the matter-of-right requirements for its use group, that special exception relief shall not be used to relieve a condition that prohibits a use or activity or places a limitation on a use or to permit a prohibited use or a use that is specifically identified as not permitted.
