Section 11-U602. USES ON ALLEY LOTS IN THE NONRESIDENTIAL ZONES

 

602.1Any matter-of-right use permitted within a zone in which an alley lot is located other than an R, RA, or RF zone shall be permitted as a matter of right use on the alley lot, subject to the same conditions or limitations. 

 

602.2Any special exception use permitted within the zone in which the alley lot is located shall be permitted as a special exception use on the alley lot, subject to the same conditions or limitations. 

 

602.3Any use not permitted within the zone in which the alley lot is located shall not be permitted on the alley lot, subject to any conditions or limitations.

 

602.4Any use permitted as a matter of right pursuant to Subtitle U § 602.1 that does not comply with the required conditions for the matter-of-right use may apply for permission as a special exception.
