Section 11-U800. GENERAL PROVISIONS (PDR)

    800.1This chapter contains use permissions and any applicable conditions in the PDR zones.

     

    800.2Uses permitted in the PDR zones are either permitted as a matter of right or as a special exception, subject to approval by the Board of Zoning Adjustment.

     

    800.3Uses are permitted as either principal or accessory uses. Accessory uses customarily incidental to a use permitted as a matter of right shall be permitted, unless otherwise restricted in this chapter, and subject to any conditions associated with the use as a principal use.

     

    800.4Regardless of the permissions and in addition to any restrictions or conditions of this chapter, the limitations of Subtitle U § 803 shall apply to properties within one hundred feet (100 ft.) of a residential zone.
