Section 11-Y202. DECORUM AND GOOD ORDER

202.1 This section applies to all proceedings before the Board.
202.2 No person shall utter loud, threatening, or abusive language, or engage in any disorderly or disruptive conduct, including the display of any signs or objects, that has the effect of (as determined by the presiding officer) impeding any meeting, hearing, or other proceeding or the orderly conduct of official business of any member, officer, employee, or agent of the Board or the Office of Zoning; or enter or remain in, during the course of any meeting, hearing, or other proceeding of the Board, any area set aside for use by persons other than the general public.
