Section 14-1117. LAVATORY FACILITIES

    1117.1All kitchens where food is prepared shall be equipped with adequate hand- washing facilities for the washing and cleansing of the hands, equipped with running hot and cold water, soap and approved sanitary towels.

     

    1117.2The use of the common towel is prohibited.

     

    1117.3No employee shall return from a toilet room without having first washed his or her hands.

     

    1117.4Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room used by employees.
