Section 14-1202. REGISTRATION OF TENANTS

1202.1A licensee shall establish and maintain, within five (5) business days after the opening of the business, a book, books, record, or records in which shall be written in English the name of each tenant of every apartment in the apartment house together with the number of the apartment in which the tenant is residing.

1202.2The registration book, books, record, or records shall be kept current and in good repair at all times within the District of Columbia, and shall be open for inspection by the departments of the District government responsible for enforcement of District laws and regulations.
