Section 14-1305. POSTING OF PERMISSIBLE OCCUPANCY AND RATES

1305.1The operator of each hotel or motel shall post in a conspicuous place within each rooming unit used for the accommodation of transients a card stating the maximum number of occupants permitted in that room under these regulations.

1305.2The operator of each hotel or motel shall post in a conspicuous place within each rooming unit used for the accommodation of transients a card stating the maximum rates charged for that rooming unit under varying conditions of occupancy.
