Section 14-1311. HIGH DENSITY USE OF BATHROOM FACILITIES

1311.1Notwithstanding the requirements of § 602 of this subtitle, hotels or motels which have high-density occupancy of any sleeping rooms, as permitted under the provisions of this chapter, may permit not more than ten (10) transients to use one water closet, one lavatory, and one bathing facility in order to accommodate the additional occupants allowed by this chapter.
1311.2Any transient accommodated in a room not provided with a bathroom containing a water closet, lavatory, and bathing facility shall have those facilities available for his or her use in a hall bathroom.
1311.3Each hall bathroom shall be on the same floor with the sleeping accommodations it is intended to serve.
