Section 14-1403. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS

    1403.1Except as provided in § 1404, the failure to comply with all applicable District of Columbia laws and regulations pertaining to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, within the prescribed time frame in a deficiency notice, or within ninety (90) calendar days whichever occurs last, shall cause the application to be cancelled without further notice to the applicant, and the applicant shall be required to file a new Certificate of Occupancy application and pay the required fees.

     

    1403.2Refusal to permit entry for inspection of the premises may result in the cancellation of the Certificate of Occupancy application without further notice to the applicant.
