Section 14-1821. CERTIFICATE HOLDER’S PACKET

1821.1DCHA shall, at the time it issues a Certificate of Eligibility to an applicant, provide the applicant a Certificate Holder’s Packet.

1821.2The Certificate Holder’s Packet shall contain the following information:

(a)Request for Lease Approval;

(b)A list of eligible properties known by DCHA to be available for rent;

(c)Information concerning recently completed housing, if any, including the location;

(d)DCHA model lease and Housing Provider Lease Addendum; and

(e)Any other items DCHA determines should be included.
