Section 14-2003. AGREEMENTS WITH HOUSING PROVIDERS

2003.1DCHA and the housing provider shall execute a Tenant Assistance Contract consistent with the provisions of chapter 19, section 1916.

2003.2DCHA may enter into preliminary agreements with housing providers, prior to the execution of a Tenant Assistance Contract which specifies the conditions under which a contract shall be executed.

2003.3All other provisions of chapters 17, 18 and 19 of the Tenant Assistance Program shall be applicable to the extent consistent with other provisions of this chapter.
