Section 14-3006. INTEREST OF PUBLIC BODY

3006.1No elected official, employee or agency of the District who exercises policy or decision-making functions or responsibilities in connection with the administration of the Program shall be allowed to have any direct or indirect interest in the proceeds of a loan, or in any contract entered into by the applicant for the performance of work, financed in whole or in part with Program funds.

3006.2District employees who meet program eligibility requirements may receive loans in accordance with rules and procedures of the Program.
