Section 14-303. SIGNED COPIES OF AGREEMENTS AND APPLICATIONS

303.1In each lease or rental of a habitation entered into after June 12, 1970, the owner shall provide to the tenant upon execution (or within seven (7) days after execution) an exact, legible, completed copy of any agreement or application which the tenant has signed.

303.2This section shall not be subject to any notice requirement of this subtitle.
