Section 14-3822. REMANDS

3822.1The Commission shall endeavor to effect a final disposition of all issues in controversy.

3822.2Any case remanded by the Commission to the Rent Administrator shall receive expedited and priority treatment.

3822.3Remanded cases shall be returned to the hearing examiner who originally heard the matter unless the hearing examiner is no longer available or the Commission for good cause orders otherwise.
