Section 14-3827. FINES AND INFRACTIONS

3827.1In accordance with the provisions of § 901 of the Act, the Commission shall hear and decide appeals involving fines for infractions of the Act or any regulation issued pursuant to the Act. The Commission may impose fines not exceeding $5,000.00 for each violation.
