Section 14-500. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    500.1The owner of a building used for residential purposes shall provide that building with adequate facilities for heating, ventilating, and lighting.

     

    500.2Each facility provided and maintained to comply with this section shall be properly and safely installed, and shall be maintained in a safe and good working condition.
