5301.1For purposes of determining all forms of income for families who are applicants and participants in the HCVP, DCHA shall follow HUD requirements as enumerated in 24 C.F.R. § 5.601 through 24 C.F.R. § 5.609 and 24 C.F.R. § 5.659, as amended.
