Section 14-5322. ELIGIBLE TYPES OF HOUSING

5322.1All structure types may be utilized, including but not limited to single Family, duplex, triplex, fourplex, garden apartment, townhouses, and high-rises.

5322.2Families may only rent units from relatives as reasonable accommodation for a disability, in accordance with DCHA’s policy as stated in § 4900.3.

5322.3Housing owned by DCHA is ineligible under the HCVP, as well as units where the Family is being subsidized under other Section 8 programs.
