Section 14-5807. CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP

5807.1DCHA shall process a change of Ownership only upon the written request of the new Owner and only if accompanied by a copy of the Recorded Deed or settlement documents, showing the transfer of title and the Federal Identification Number of the corporation or the Social Security number if the Owner is an individual, not a corporation.

5807.2DCHA shall receive a written request by the Owner in order to make changes regarding who is to receive the rental payment and the address to which payment is to be sent.

5807.3DCHA shall update its files and records to reflect the new information received.
