7101.1The District of Columbia Housing Authority (hereinafter referred to as the “Authority”) is a corporate body that has a legal existence separate from the District government but which is an instrumentality of the District government. While the Authority is not a city agency, a close and cooperative working relationship between the Authority and the District is essential.
