Section 14-7139. PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

7139.1The degree of discipline shall be reasonably related to the seriousness of the offense, and take into consideration the employee’s past record. Wherever practicable, disciplinary actions shall be progressive. The following measures are listed in degrees of severity as a means of progressive discipline:

(a)Corrective Action;

(b)Written Disciplinary Action Notice;

(c)Suspension;

(d)Removal.
