Section 14-7407. EXTENSIONS OF HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHERS

7407.1Extensions beyond the maximum term of one hundred eighty (180) days are available as a reasonable accommodation to eligible individuals with disabilities. These extensions are subject to documentation that a diligent effort to locate a unit has been conducted considering any impediments to searching because of a family member’s disability.
