Section 14-9112. TRIENNIAL RECERTIFICATION OF INCOME

    9112.1Families shall be required to provide information on household income, assets valued at $25,000 or more and family composition triennially (every three years).

     

    9112.2All triennial recertifications shall have an effective date of the first of the month that the family was initially recertified as part of the rent reform demonstration.

     

    9112.3When families move to another dwelling unit, the family shall not be required to complete an interim recertification unless the household composition has changed and the family member who was added or removed had income counted in the last triennial recertification. The family rent to owner shall be the TTP calculated using the family’s most recent interim or scheduled recertification, together with the utility allowance and contract rent applicable to the new dwelling unit.
