Section 15-100. DOCKETS AND FILINGS

    100.1Two (2) dockets, a General Docket and a Formal Docket, shall be maintained in the office of the Commission.

     

    100.2The General Docket shall be kept on cards, and in it shall be entered every matter requiring the attention of the Commission.

     

    100.3The Formal Docket shall be kept in permanently bound books, and every matter requiring formal action by the Commission shall be transferred to it from the General Docket.

     

    100.4Both dockets shall be public records available for public inspection in the office of the Commission during normal office hours, subject to reasonable limitations of access and extraordinary circumstances when inspection would interfere with the normal operation of the office.

     

    100.5All documents to be filed with the Commission shall be received at the Office of the Commission Secretary.

     

    100.6The Commission’s offices shall be open each business day except Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

     

    100.7All pleadings and other filings shall comply with the requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of this title and shall be considered filed when received by the Commission during the business hours of the Commission as set forth in this section.

     

    100.8All filings shall be made between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on or before the date due.  No documents shall be received for filing after that time or due date unless otherwise consented to by the Commission or its authorized representative.

     

    100.9Receipt of a filing by the Commission shall not constitute a waiver or any failure to comply with the requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of this title.

     

    100.10The Commission may, at any time, reject all or any part of a filing that does not conform to the requirements of Chapters 1 and 2 of this title.

     

    100.11Unless otherwise required by the Commission, there shall be filed with the Commission an original and thirteen (13) conformed written copies of all testimony and exhibits as well as other documents over one hundred (100) pages; however:

     

    (a)For non-testimony, and other documents under 100 pages, and filed publicly the appropriate number of written copies to be filed is an original and one (1) conformed written copy; and

     

    (b)For non-testimony, and other documents under 100 pages, and filed confidentially the appropriate number of written copies to be filed is an original and six (6) conformed written copies.
