Section 15-107. LIMITED APPEARANCE

107.1At the discretion of the Commission, any person may make a limited appearance in any proceeding by presenting a statement orally or in writing at any time prior to the close of the record.

107.2A person entering a limited appearance shall not be a party to the proceeding and shall not have the right to present testimony or cross-examine witnesses.
