Section 15-113. FORM OF FORMAL PLEADINGS

    113.1Pleadings, briefs, and all other documents (except informal complaints) shall be typewritten, printed or otherwise duplicated in permanent legible form upon paper eight and one-half inches (8 1/2 in.) wide and eleven inches (11 in.) long, and exhibits, except where impracticable, annexed thereto shall be folded to the same size.

     

    113.2Unless printed, the impression shall be on one side of the paper only and shall be double-spaced, except that footnotes and quotations of more than two (2) lines may be single-spaced and indented.

     

    113.3Printed documents, except exhibits, shall be in a type not less than eleven (11) point.

     

    113.4All testimony and exhibits, as well as other documents over one hundred (100) pages shall be three (3)-hole punched on the left-hand side and shall have inside margins of not less than one and one-half inches (1 1/2 in.).  Non-testimony, and other documents under 100 pages shall be bound or stapled on the left-hand side and shall have inside margins of not less than one and one-half inches (1 1/2 in.).

     

    113.5Any pleadings, briefs, and other documents that do not conform to the requirements of this section may not be accepted by the Commission.
