Section 15-115. SERVICE OF PLEADINGS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS

    115.1Petitions and applications, when filed with the Commission, shall be served on the Office of the People's Counsel of the District of Columbia.

     

    115.2Cross complaints, intervening petitions, answers, amendments, written motions, and all other documents shall be served by the parties within one (1) day after the pleading is filed with the Commission.

     

    115.3When filed, these pleadings and other documents shall be accompanied by proof of service upon all parties.

     

    115.4Proof of service of any pleading or any other document shall be by certificate of attorney, affidavit or affirmation, or receipt.

     

    115.5Service of pleadings or any other documents shall be made by sending one (1) copy of the pleading to each party by:

     

    (a) E-mail;

     

    (b) First class mail; or

     

    (c) Personal service.
