Section 15-1203. [REPEALED]

Sections 5(2)(I) (assigning duty to operate the student transit subsidy program to the Department Director) and 6(b) (transferring the student transit subsidy program function previously delegated to the Director of the Department of Public Works under Section III(F) of Reorganization Plan No.4 of 1983 to the Department) of the Department of Transportation Establishment Act of 2002, effective May 21, 2002 (D.C. Law 14-137; D.C. Official Code §§ 50-921.04(2)(I) and 50-921.05(b) (2014 Repl. )); the School Transit Subsidy Act of 1978, effective March 6, 1979 (D.C. Law 2-152; D.C. Official Code § 35-233(g) (2012 Repl.)), as amended by the School Transit Temporary Amendment Act of 2013, effective December 5, 2013 (D.C. Law 20-43; 60 DCR 14718 (October 18, 2013)) and any substantially similar successor legislation; and Mayor's Order 79-83, dated May 10, 1979.
