Section 15-123. OBJECTIONS TO REQUESTS AND MOTIONS TO COMPEL

    123.1Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the time for serving a notice of objection or notice of unavailability to all or any part of a request for production of documents, data requests, or interrogatories, shall be five (5) days after service of the request. The notice of objection shall state in substance the nature of the objection. One copy of the notice of objection or notice of unavailability shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Commission.

     

    123.2Motions to compel responses to requests for production of documents, data requests, interrogatories, and other discovery actions shall not be entertained unless filed within five (5) days after service of the response, or five (5) days after service of a notice of objection by opposing counsel. The motion shall state in substance the factual and legal grounds for the action.
