Section 15-129. STATUS CONFERENCES

129.1Upon the motion of any party or upon its own motion, the Commission may convene a status conference.
129.2Participants shall be prepared to discuss procedural and substantive matters involved in the proceeding, and shall be authorized to make commitments with respect to those matters.
129.3Among specific items to be discussed are stipulations as to facts, authentication of documents, procedural dates, and limitation of issues and witnesses. Participants shall be prepared to resolve any other matters as may aid in the disposition of the proceeding.
129.4A status conference order setting forth the proceeding may be prepared.
129.5Any participant who fails to attend a status conference of which the participants have due notice shall, with respect to any matters reasonably encompassed in the notice of the conference, be considered to have waived any objections to any agreement reached or ruling made.
