Section 15-145. ADVISORY OPINIONS

145.1Any employee of the Commission or person may apply to the Office of General Counsel for an advisory opinion as to the interpretation or applicability of any Commission rule or action. Advisory opinions requested in writing or rendered in writing by the Office of General Counsel in the course of a pending proceeding shall be forwarded to all parties of record.
