Section 15-2112. WAIVERS AND MODIFICATIONS

2112.1The Commission may, in its discretion, waive or modify any provision of this Chapter and may also impose additional requirements, as circumstances warrant.

2112.2The applicant may, at the time of application, request that the Commission waive any provision in this Chapter for good cause shown.
