Section 15-2302. ENFORCEMENT

  • 2302.1Whenever the Commission finds a particular facility to be hazardous to life or property, it shall require the person, firm, or corporation operating the facility to take all measures necessary to remove the hazards.

    2302.2The Office of Engineering of the Commission shall have responsibility for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.

    2302.3The Office of Engineering shall investigate and report to the Commission, in writing, instances in which it appears that this chapter has not been complied with, and shall make recommendations for achieving prompt compliance.

    2302.4The plant, property, facilities, and records of gas corporations under the Commission's jurisdiction shall be made readily accessible to the Commission, its staff, or its authorized representatives in the administration and enforcement of this chapter, or in the investigation of violations or alleged violations of any of its provisions.
