Section 15-2602. FILING NOTICES PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 2601

2602.1The Commission's procedural rules shall not apply to notices submitted under section 2601, except as provided in this Chapter.

2602.2All notices shall be signed by a duly designated representative of the telecommunications carrier filing the notice.

2602.3An original and fifteen (15) copies of each notice shall be filed with the Office of the Commission Secretary.

2602.4Any telecommunications carrier shall serve the notice on any other telecommunications carrier or carriers involved in the negotiation that is the subject of the notice.
