Section 15-2614. CONSOLIDATION OF PROCEEDINGS

 

2614.1In order to reduce administrative burdens on telecommunications carriers and/or the Commission, the Commission may, sua sponte, or upon the motion of a party in any arbitration, interpretation, or enforcement proceedings, consolidate arbitration, interpretation, or enforcement proceedings, in whole or in part, pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252(g).

 

2614.2In a consolidated arbitration proceeding, all petitioning and responding carriers participating in the separate arbitration, interpretation, or enforcement proceedings shall participate as parties in the consolidated proceeding.
